⚠️
The EU Accessibility Act came into force in June 2025. It requires digital products and services to meet accessibility standards including cognitive accessibility — which standard WCAG tools don't cover.

Six frameworks. One assessment.

The regulations that apply
to your organisation.

The Equality Act 2010. WCAG 2.2. PAS 6463:2022. The EU Accessibility Act. ESG reporting requirements. All of them have neurodiversity implications. None of them are optional. Here's what each one means in practice.

⚖️
Equality Act 2010
Neurodivergent conditions including ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and dyspraxia qualify as disabilities under the Act. Organisations have a legal duty to make reasonable adjustments — and failure to do so is increasingly ending up in tribunal.
🌐
WCAG 2.2
The latest Web Content Accessibility Guidelines add new success criteria directly relevant to neurodivergent users — covering cognitive load, focus management, and authentication. Standard accessibility overlays don't address these.
📋
EU Accessibility Act 2025
Requires digital products and services to meet accessibility standards including cognitive accessibility. Applies to organisations operating in or selling into the EU. Goes significantly beyond WCAG compliance.
🏗️
BSI PAS 6463:2022
British Standards Institution guidance on designing for neurodiversity in the built environment. Covers sensory environment, wayfinding, lighting, acoustics, and flexible space — with specific guidance for workplaces.
🌍
UN CRPD
The UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities frames neuroinclusion as a human rights obligation, not just a compliance checkbox. Increasingly referenced in ESG and investor reporting.
📊
ESG Reporting
Investors, regulators, and customers increasingly expect neuroinclusion evidence in ESG and D&I reports. 'We have a policy' isn't enough anymore. You need data, benchmarks, and an audit trail.
What this means for you

“We mean well”
is not a defence.

Most organisations know neuroinclusion matters. Very few can demonstrate what they've actually done about it. The gap between intention and evidence is exactly where tribunal claims, regulatory action, and reputational damage happen.

The All Minds Matter assessment gives you a documented, evidence-based picture of where your organisation stands — and a report you can put in front of a board, an auditor, or an employment judge.

📊
Assessment mapped to regulations
Every domain in our 45-question audit maps to at least one legal or regulatory framework. Your report shows exactly where you comply and where you don't.
📄
Branded PDF report
A shareable, professionally formatted compliance report — ready for boards, auditors, ESG reports, and client tender submissions.
🏆
Bronze–Platinum certification
External certification that demonstrates your commitment with evidence — not just a badge on a website.
🔄
Annual reassessment
Compliance isn't a one-time event. Annual reassessment tracks your progress and keeps your certification current.
