How long does the assessment take?
Around 30–45 minutes for an HR professional to complete. It can be saved and returned to, so no need to do it all in one sitting.
Is the assessment evidence-based?
Yes. Every domain and question maps to at least one recognised external framework — Disability:IN, BSI PAS 6463, CIPD, ACAS, or WCAG 2.2. We can provide the full methodology document on request.
What does certification involve?
Certification is awarded based on your overall score. Bronze (30%+), Silver (50%+), Gold (70%+), Platinum (85%+). Valid for 12 months, includes a digital badge and certificate.
Can we retake the assessment?
