The terms that govern your use of the All Minds Matter and Mindforge platforms
Plain language summary: These terms cover using our platforms, paying for a subscription or one-off product, the licence you get to our e-learning content and policy templates, and what happens if things go wrong. By creating an account or making a purchase, you're agreeing to these terms.
All Minds Matter is a trading brand of Neuroinclusive Advisory Ltd, Company No. 17185120, registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website at niadvisory.co.uk, our workplace neuroinclusion platform, and our Mindforge study platform (together, the "Services").
By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to do so and "you" refers to that organisation.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services. See also our Privacy Notice, which explains how we handle your data.
We currently offer two products:
We are actively developing these Services. Some features, modules, or templates described on our website may be marked as "coming soon" and are not yet available for purchase or use - we'll always make it clear when something isn't live yet.
To use most of our Services you need to create an account with a valid email address and password. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account on the workplace platform. Mindforge is designed for students aged 14 and above; where a user is under 16, we expect a parent or guardian to be aware of and consent to their use of the service, consistent with our Privacy Notice.
If you're an organisation admin inviting colleagues to your account, you're responsible for ensuring they have agreed to these terms before they access the Services.
Our workplace product is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Some items, such as certification, are offered as a one-off purchase rather than a recurring subscription. The current plans, pricing, and what's included in each will always be shown to you before you complete checkout.

We may introduce, change, or retire plans and one-off products over time. If we do, we'll give existing subscribers reasonable notice before any change affects their current plan or pricing at renewal.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. By providing payment details, you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge the applicable fees for your chosen plan or product, including recurring charges for subscriptions until cancelled.
Prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT as indicated at checkout. If a payment fails, we may retry it, suspend access to paid features, or contact you to update your payment details.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us at hello@niadvisory.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you'll keep access until then, and we don't charge you again after that.
Because one-off purchases (such as certification) grant permanent access rather than ongoing service, they are non-refundable once the associated content or certificate has been delivered or accessed, except where required by law.
Consumer rights: If you are a consumer in the UK purchasing digital content or services, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, unless you have expressly agreed to immediate access and acknowledged that this waives your cancellation right. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

All content on the Services - including assessment questions, e-learning modules, policy and guidance templates, reports, action plans, software, and branding - is owned by Neuroinclusive Advisory Ltd or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
While your subscription or purchase is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use that content for your organisation's own internal purposes (for workplace products) or your own personal study (for Mindforge). This licence does not permit redistribution, resale, or use outside your organisation.
Policy and guidance templates are provided as a starting point for you to adapt to your own organisation. You're responsible for reviewing and tailoring them - see the disclaimer below.
Important: Some features - including action plans, policy review feedback, and other AI-assisted tools - use AI models to generate content based on your inputs. AI-generated output can be incomplete, generic, or occasionally inaccurate.
AI-generated action plans, policy reviews, and similar outputs are provided to support your own judgement, not to replace it. They do not constitute legal, HR, or professional advice, and we recommend having any policy or compliance-related output reviewed by a qualified professional before you rely on or implement it.
We aim to keep the Services accurate, secure, and available, but we provide them on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every specific purpose.
Our neuroinclusion assessment, scoring, and certification pathway reflect our own methodology and are intended as a practical improvement tool - they are not a certification of legal compliance with any specific law or standard (such as the Equality Act 2010), and using our Services does not guarantee any particular outcome, including in relation to legal or regulatory compliance.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.
Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Services - whether in contract, tort, or otherwise - is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.
You may stop using the Services and cancel your subscription at any time, as described in Section 6. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms (including the acceptable use rules in Section 7), if required by law, or if your payment fails and isn't resolved within a reasonable period after we notify you.
On termination, your right to access the Services ends, though provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, for example as our Services evolve. When we make material changes, we will notify existing account holders by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you don't agree with a change, you can cancel your subscription as described in Section 6.
